Fossil Realm provides bespoke brokerage and advisory services in fossils and meteorites, with select work in fine minerals. These services are designed for serious private collectors and families, as well as organizations seeking to acquire or refine significant natural history collections.

Founder Peter Lovisek helps clients identify and secure exceptional specimens, including opportunities rarely available on the open market. Beyond acquisition, he offers informed perspective on authenticity, quality, restoration, and provenance, while tracking broader market dynamics — such as how record-setting sales like Stan and Apex have reshaped demand and pricing. Clients benefit from both privileged access and seasoned context.

Peter’s experience includes brokering the sale of Willard, the largest Triceratops skeleton yet discovered; curating a private fossil collection for display aboard a superyacht; and advising on acquisitions for an innovative fractional ownership platform.

Each engagement is tailored. In some cases Peter acts as a broker, sourcing and negotiating discreetly on behalf of a client. In others, he serves as an independent advisor, providing due diligence, valuations, and strategic guidance. Fossil Realm also assists select clients in divesting or repositioning significant specimens or collections, ensuring they are placed discreetly with the right buyers and institutions.
