- This large fossil Oreodont (Merycoidodon gracilis) is an ancient ungulate, related to pigs and sheep. It is extraordinarily well preserved and has excellent teeth. The latin name "Oreodont" means "mountain tooth".
- Minimal restoration, primarily around right cheek bone.
- The specimen is 30 million years old, and comes from South Dakota, USA.
- Measures 7.5 x 4 x 3 inches, Weighs 2.6 lbs.
