An unbelievable discovery from Siberia, this exceptionally curved fossil mammoth tusk is in an impeccable condition and possesses incredible size: 9'4" long along outer curve, weighing 110 lbs.

The tusk comes from a woolly mammoth that lived on the frozen tundra more than 20,000 years ago during the Late Pleistocene. Its natural coloration is a stunning golden brown.

This Ice Age treasure will include a custom-made stained solid oak stand to showcase its beautiful curvature.

Our mammoth tusks have been professionally stabilized; however, these specimens must be kept in an indoor environment with stable humidity and temperature. Ideal conditions are 50% to 60% humidity and 68 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit.

Fossil mammoth ivory can be distinguished from present-day elephant ivory by the angle of crosshatching (Schreger lines) and can be traded internationally.
