THIS SPECIMEN HAS SOLD, PLEASE INQUIRE IF INTERESTED IN LARGE TUSK

This incredible, 9.45 foot long woolly mammoth tusk is in impeccable condition and totally complete. It is an unbelievable discovery from a gold mine near Fairbanks, Alaska.

The tusk comes from an fully grown adult female mammoth that trekked through the frozen tundra more than 10,000 years ago during the Late Pleistocene.

The natural coloration is stunning - streaks of sought-after rare blue vivianite stands out in contrast to lively golden hues.

Both rare and aesthetic, it's ready to be displayed in home, office or museum with a custom-made stand that dramatically elevates the tusk and highlights its gorgeous curvature.

Importantly, this Ice Age treasure has not been painted over or had large areas filled like many tusks on the market.

An excellent investment fossil because of its impressive size, completeness, coloration and high degree of curvature!

Measures 113.5 inches / 288 cm (along outer curve). Measures 16 inches in circumference. Reaches 54 inches / 137 cm high on stand. Width of tusk (straight-line) is 38 inches.

Weighs 64.8 lbs. / 29.4 kg.

Stand measures 54 x 11 inches / 147 cm x 28 cm.
