42" Woolly Mammoth Tusk

In impeccable condition, this 42-inch fossil mammoth tusk tip is an unbelievable discovery. The tusk comes from a young mammoth that lived on the tundra more than 20,000 years ago, during the Late Pleistocene epoch.

Overall, this is a superb specimen because of its intact tip and gorgeous coloration – it’s ready to be displayed in your home, office or museum. The natural coloration is stunning with a mixture of warm reddish brown and earthy brown.

A custom-made stained solid oak stand showcases this Ice Age treasure’s beautiful curvature.

All of our mammoth tusks have been professionally stabilized; however, these specimens must be kept in an indoor environment with stable humidity and temperature. Ideal conditions are 50% to 60% humidity and 68 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit.
